Body Mechanix is your one-stop-shop massage that specializes in deep tissue, prenatal, Swedish, geriatric & sports. If you don’t know which massage you need, we’ll take the time to study your habits and determine what level of pressure, temperature, and motion is best suited for your body’s condition.
Meet the Therapist
Jamie learned the value of a strong and functioning body through her medical career. She desired a career that would allow her to be an engaged mom to her precious children. Jamie attended Brown College for massage therapy and has walked into the calling of her life by pursuing massage therapy. As a gifted massage therapist, she works specifically with an integrated muscle technique in addition to relaxation, prenatal, and deep tissue massage.
